This document provides a lesson plan for a 4th grade English language class on shopping for clothes. The 50-minute lesson has 3 parts: an introduction where students review clothing vocabulary and the phrases "what is this?" and "what are these?"; a practice session where students ask and answer questions about singular and plural clothing items; and a production portion where students show their favorite clothing item and use the target phrases. The goal is for students to be able to name clothing items and understand when to use "this" versus "these." Teaching aids include a clothing brochure and worksheet.
