He was inspired by ordinary/normal people who
had helped the poorer people and had made a impact
in the society.
Joseph henry was inspired to take on the challenge
of the hunger 500 run after attending and listening to
the World Hunger Summit in Alabama Last year.
He is a weight room manager in the university of
Guelph.

He also loves running and wants to use it to help
the hungry people
People asked him if he was crazy but he did not get
discouraged .
After February 9 to an February26 to raise funds to
help the needy.

● He plans to run 500 kilometers
● He also plans to raise 100,000 to help the poor
● He wanted to raise the awareness of the people and
save the poor.
● Finally, he wanted to make a difference in their
lives.

Three year ago, asking joseph Henry to run two
miles is seemingly impossible for him.
He underwent strenuous physical training , core
training just to prepare for the upcoming 500
miles run . He suffered from multiple injuries and
sacrificed much of his precious time.
6. CONTENTS
Joseph Henry will run 500 miles from
Washington D.C., to the University of Guelph in
Ontario, Canada, to raise awareness for Fighting
World Hunger and to raise $100,000 to help needy
people
he will begin his Hunger 500 journey in front of
the White House. Seventeen days, 500 miles and
numerous university visits , he will end his run at
the University of Guelph.
