"When educating the minds of our youth, we must not forget to educate their hearts," This quote by the Dalai Lama truly shows what a teacher must
do to be effective. It takes a very special person to be a teacher, teachers work with the leaders of tomorrow. There are many basic things as well that
teachers must do to be highly effective according to the Utah Effective Teaching Standards. First a teacher must be understanding as well as accepting
of different cultures and beliefs. Second, a teacher must find different ways to teach their students. Last, a teacher needs to plan and be organized in
order to allow their students a positive learning environment. In the paragraphs below, these necessary skills will be discussed in much greater detail.
In Standard Two Section D of the Utah Effective Teaching Standard, it states that a highly effective teacher, "bridgesschool and community cultures by

The purpose of this study was to examine Kindergarten teachers' perspectives about the practice of effective computer technology procedures and its

Study Implications
The findings for hypothesis 1 were not reinforced by conducting the linear regression. There were numerous factors that contributed to this result.
Primarily, the sum of participants hindered the researcher's capacity to truly assemble a statistical evaluation for a linear regression. A major area of
interest, concerning this study, was finding and selecting a sample size that could be considered considerable along with being sufficient so that it
will be characteristic of the populace from which it comes. Therefore, the researcher could center and make strong implications about the issue of
