2. I opened a new file in Photoshop. To
get the accurate digipak size, I used
the dimensions of 12.6cm by 14cm.
I then dragged an image onto
the background and used the
brush tool draw on the
signature three stars design.
3. I inserted a text box for the album name, then to achieve the desired
retro effect I repeated to text and font, changing the colour and layering
the text.
4. I then inserted another text
box for the artists name, using
a different font so that the
customer can see the name
standing out. I also changed
the colour for the same
reason.
To finish with a more
professional and continuous
look I edited the image with
the adjustments panel. This
also gave the cover a retro
effect.
