Chambishi Metals Plc-(Leach Plant).
 Building up of hose pumps by fitting tapper roller Bearing,Cylindrical Bearing ,shoes and
hose. Dismantling and assembly of centrifugal pumps various types.
 Dismantling and assembling of Reduction Gear Boxes.
E.M.B (Chilanga Cement Contract Ndola)
 Repair of screw conveyors consisting of changing dump bells, changing journal
bearings, deep grooved and cylindrical roller bearings and aligning of the screw
conveyors.
 Repair of belt conveyor belt which consists of changing pullies, aligning of belts and
general maintenance of the conveyor belt.
HARRISON AND WHITE (Indeni Contract)
 Refurbishment of Indeni Refinery consisting of removing of old valves, heat exchangers,
and fitting of new valves and heat exchangers. Changing of worn pipes, aligning of
pumps and opening of manual holes for the column and fitting liners in the column.
AVATEC (Luanshya Copper Mines Contract)
 Rehabilitation of the ball mills, repairs of seats for journal bearings, fitting liners in the
shells for the mills, fitting the trunion bearing and fitting of liners on the feed end cover
and discharge end cover.
 Building up of Sala Pumps, C-Frame and D frame pumps for the Ball Mills.
 Aligning of mill girth gear to the drive system and fitting pumps to the system.
 Rehabilitation of Conveyor belt by changing rollers, turning the tripper to be drawing
materials from the opposite end.
 Fitting of gear boxes, Chutes, and fitting of liners on the side chute and loading chutes.
 Fitting of Snub pullies, head pullies, making mechanical and vulcanized joints on the
belt.
 General maintenance of the conveyor system.
MOPANI COPPER MINES PLC (AS ARTISAN FITTER).
 Repair and maintenance of Gyratory (Wadag) crushers consisting of repairing gear oil
pump, fitting of eccentric bearing , spherical bearing, drive shaft, breaking head shaft,
mantles, cones frogging of liners in the crusher bowls changing and aligning of drive, the
general maintenance of crusher and assembly of the crusher unit.
