Techniques that have been effective for me are, an action driven leadership style that is a source of pride, yet am polite,
approachable and non-intimidating to my workmates with a pleasant demeanor, including the ability to triumph over
problems, a highly self-motivated individual with a systematic and logical approach to challenges,flexible with the strength
of being able to apply and transfer different skill sets as required.
