I am an astute professional with 18 years of rich experience in Operations & Maintenance, Verification, Process
Enhancements and testing equipment to check system for leak. I played a vital role in formulating a layout and plan the

Mechanical Foreman with M/s. Al Melehy Trading. I am instrumentally involved in planning & scheduling effective
preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for enhancing systems with annual maintenance budgets. I
demonstrated strong abilities in working on maintenance initiatives, thereby bringing down equipment breakdown &
achieving annual costs savings.
In addition to this, I hold a good command in the usage knowledge of Micro-meter, d ail-gauges, vernier-Calibers and

as Foreman – Mechanical/Piping/Fabrication
I was instrumentally involved in managing a team of over 50 persons. I was proficient at conducting WHT maintenance,
installation of Aluminium Helideck, New Tie-In Joints, Hook Up, New Structural Platform Installation & Repair, Piping
Repair activities done. I played a vital role in performing the pigging operation, pipe spools removal, installation, spading
and de-spading, open up and closed flanges, isolate and de-isolate the pipe lines, di-oiling process, hot bolting, hydro
testing , obey safety standard as per PTW system, etc.
Apr’10 – Aug’10: M/s. Chemical of Africa, Congo, Africa as Tank Fabricator
I hold the distinction of receiving work assignment from the foreman as well as involved in working with small team to
erect, fabricate, tank and structural and piping work.
Sept’07 – May’09: M/s. Group Five International, Mali, West Africa as Boilermaker Foreman
I received the drawings and instruction from superiors for the task. I looked into the co-ordination and control of the
work, daily safety and quality group meeting, inspect documents, check available assembly materials and delegate to the
personnel. I also maintained daily work progress report and handed over the same to Supervisor to end of the day. I was
stellar in working out fabrication and installation problems as well as discussed the same with superiors.
Feb’07 – Aug’07: M/s. Redis Construction Africa Ltd., Congo, Africa as Pipe Fitter
I actively took part in fabrication of support, tees, elbows of various degrees as per task requirement, installation around
9 to 10 Kilometer pipe Lines from one phase to another phase. I was involved in fitting different type of flanges. I also
verified good housekeeping of work area and ensured that tools & equipments are properly used and stored.

I played a vital role in the plant maintenance task, removed corroded pipe lines, installed new lines, fabrication for screw
conveyor for the mud filter, fabrication for miter elbows, reducer, vacuum drums, etc.
Dec’05 – Mar’06: M/s. Lamprell Dubai L.L.C., Dubai, UAE as Fabricator
I successfully handled the rig maintenance job, replaced damaged pipes, plates, structure and installed new pipes,
plates, structures, hydro static test of piping and fittings. I also took the field measurement as per requirement.
May’05 – May’05: M/s. Power Engg. – QAFCO - Shutdown, Doha, Qatar as Fabricator
I was pivotal in handling the plant maintenance, corroded pipe line cut by grinder, gas torch with permit, and fabricated
new line as per Isometric drawings, checked actual plant measurement, erection and fitting work.
