3. Kahns philosophy
Kahn works represent precise integration and assembly of
structure, a silent admiration for materials and lights, a
dedication to classical geometry, and a great deal of
concern for human values.
Louis Kahn was considered an enigmatic thinker or more
like a philosopher who wanted to bring out change in the
field of Architecture.
Kahn wanted to redefine the bases of architecture through
a re-examination of structure, form, space, and light; since
his earlier work abstained from the international style
modernism.
