Your “Do-It-Yourself” party includes the following slowly oven roasted meat(s),
carved and ready for serving.
Prime Yearling Roast Beef with our famous mustard gravy (GF)
or New spicy mustard gravy (GF) (up to 40 Guests)
Plus
Tender Roast Pork with apple sauce (2 meats included for bookings of 40 Guests or more)
Or
Roast Chicken Drumsticks (Extra $0.60 Per Guest)
Or
Succulent Roast Lamb (Extra $1.50 Per Guest)
Served with:
Steaming Hot Jacket Potatoes with sour cream
A Bakers Basket consisting of Freshly Baked Bread Rolls and Butter
(One Bread roll & individual butter portion per Guest)
A choice of freshly prepared salads from the selections below:
New Traditional or Spicy Coleslaw 30-49 Guests
Stockmans Potato Salad Choice of any combination of 3 salads

2. YOU HAVE THE CHOICE OF EITHER:
1. DO-IT-YOURSELF
For an additional $1.10 Per Guest we can provide you with a
*D.I.Y. kit which includes all serving equipment
required eg bowls, tongs, spoons, etc
AND/ OR
For an additional 60c Per Guest, we can pre-carve your meat
prior to delivery ($99 delivery charge applies) or pick-up
OR
2. FULLY STAFFED CATERING
To present your Budget Spit Roast Menu
we recommend you utilise the services of our Catering Staff,
who can attend your function, serve the food and
clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration.
One of our Catering Staff (or more if needed) will be
present to carve the roast, plus additional staff
as necessary to properly cater for your function.
Catering Staff: $160.00 each (4 hrs on-site)*
$195.00 each (5 hrs on-site)*
*A 10% surcharge applies to Public Holidays, and a 20%
surcharge to our December Menus.
In certain circumstances, we may need to
suggest increased staffing numbers

Main (Melamine) with Stainless Steel Knife/Fork
and Dessert Plate (Plastic) with Plastic Spoon $2.15 Per Guest.
(Includes Serviettes, Main Plates,
Knives and Forks, plus Plastic Dessert Plates and Spoons).

Plastic Dinnerware also available as
an alternative at $1.40 Per Guest.
