Habit is the most important Self-discipline is a habit that you can learn with practice and repetition. It takes approximately 21 days of repetition, without exception. Sometimes you can develop a habit faster, and sometimes it will take longer, it’s up to you and how determined you are. Nine disciplines There are 9 disciplines you can develop that will improve every area of your life. [object Object],a) Take time to think through the critical issues and problems in your life. b) Sit quietly for 30 -60 min. to think. c) Activate your super conscious mind and trigger your intuition by practicing solitude. d) Take a pad of paper and write down every detail of problem situation you are facing. e) The ability to make good decisions is a combination of experience plus reflection. f) Go for a walk or exercise. g) Talk your situation over with someone else who you like and trust and who is not emotionally involved. h) Always ask «what are my assumptions?», «what is it what you are assuming to be true about the situation?». Always be open to the possibility that you could be complety wrong in your current course of action. Be open to doing something completely different. «Fast people decisions are usually wrong people decisions» In addition, fast decisions with regard to your family career, money or any other major issue are usuarlly wrong decisions.
