1) Accepting the
mistakes!
we are human beings [not ROBOTS],we do mistakes.
accept it!
Ask sorry ! If you are wrong .
The biggest fault is not to accept your own mistakes.
2) Remain Calm
Don't take your anger out on others.
It's not good to bottle up feelings, but you can't go around taking out your anger
on those around you for no good reason. Go for a run, a swim, or a boxing session
to relieve tension and give you space to think. Just do something focused and
energized to distract yourself from the initial intense feelings until they calm.
3) Avoid Self Comparison

special understand it.
4) Ask yourself "who
defines failure"
anyway?
There are so many events in life!.you just failed in
one event .Don’t worry!! Every dog has its own day!
keep calm ,start preparing and participate.

5) Stop worrying  and start
laughing! 
see!! Laugh at your problems as everyone does.
keep in mind you are the WINNER tomorrow . And these
problems , failures actually look CUTE once you get
success

Don’t depend on anyone
