- My showcase is about involving large number of citizens in decision making I will use this tellBarroso.eu as a typical case example of service provided by Fountain Park
- This is the web application we used to collect and evaluate 12 000 opinions and 120 000 evaluations of those opinions New opinions can be entered as free form text Each opinion is displayed as a box on this evaluation board When you move your mouse over the box, the longer description of the opinion will show up Opinions can be evaluated by dragging the box the closer to the center the more important you consider it Opinions are divided to pages. The first page contains 25 opinions with least evaluations at this point of time. Pages can be browsed with the arrow buttons in upper right corner. You can also add your comments to each opinion
- This is the high level summary of the results All 12 000 opinions are semi-automatically classified into 14 themes The bubble of the theme is the bigger the more it contains individual opinions The most important theme is on top of the graph The horizontal axis describes the disagreement or standard deviation in evaluations of the theme Background variables asked from participants can be used to compare different participant groups’ opinions
