EXERCISE!
We are obsessed with the urban lifestyle
nowadays. We are so much concerned about
our career – we work from dawn to dusk until
our body is exhausted. Our body will sent us
signals when our health is at risk zone. You may
need to consider to start exercising if you have
MORE than 5 of the symptoms stated below.
1. You wake up early but it is so easy to get tired
again. i.e. Wake up at 7am and feel sleepy at
9am.
2. You feel drained after just a few steps of the
staircases.
3. You have difficulty to speak after using a
skipping rope for 10 minutes.
4. You cannot reach your butt with your heels.
5. Your hand cannot touch the floor when you
are in a forward bending posture.
6. You feel fatigued after a 30 minutes walk.
7. You have many grey hairs which does not
match your age and a lot of hair loss due to
stress.
8. Insomnia. You have difficulty falling asleep
and having trouble going to back to sleep.
9. You often wakeup during the night.
10. You have lost your vitality in your daily life.
Your neck, back and shoulder are tight, stiffed
without any reason.
11. You have a bad temple. You cannot control
your emo to communicate rational.
12. You seem to have a shortened memory. You
cannot recall what you have said and where on
earth did you put your mobile.
13. You have lost your enthusiasm. You do not
want to try out new things and you are even feel
tired when you are resting.
14. Your health is getting weaker and you are
always sick.
15. It feels hard to bend down to cut your toe
nail.
16. You have fatty, flabby rolls on your belly
when you are sitting (on toilet bowl).
