It fills the inner layers. CSF helps to provide
nutrients and oxygen to the tissues in brain and also

• Senses like sight, hearing, and taste.
• Cerebrum controls all voluntary movements.
CEREBELLUM • Maintains the equilibrium of the body by coordinating
muscular activities.
MEDULLA
OBLONGATA
• Controls involuntary actions like breathing, heartbeat,
etc.
THALAMUS • It act as a relay station of impulses to and from the
cerebrum.
HYPOTHALAMUS • It has an important role in maintaining homeostasis
