by differing scientists. Physical fitness is
generally achieved through correct nutrition,
exercise, hygiene and rest.

• Starving yourself
• Binging and purging
• Taking laxatives
4. Being healthy
According to google, being healthy means
“Health is a state of complete physical, mental
and social well-being and not merely the
absence of disease or infirmity” In other words
being healthy is being happy and having a
positive vibe in both physical and mental health.
5. PERSISTENCE
• Persistence is VERY important when it
comes to being healthy and fit. You must
persist and workout to get great results.
Persist to stay away from junk food and
staying motivated. Without persistence it is
very unlikely for you to succeed.
6. Healthy Foods
• Being healthy does not mean just exercising a
lot. It means eating the right foods and
drinking ALOT of water. You don’t need a
specific diet just maintain toxns and soda out
of your body.

plate not so long ago. It
is more accurate and
shows and actual
representation of the
quantity amount you
need to consume.
