2. HEALTH AND WELLNESS
In order for us to reach our maximum
health and wellness levels, first we have
to understand what health and wellness
are.
Even though health and wellness share
similar traits, each has it difference that
we need to understand in order for us to
receive the benefit from both.

to help us become productive in life.”

4. WHAT IS WELLNESS?
Wellness is a constant stay of health,
which means the ability to keep on
striving to improve ourselves to maintain
our health status.
Since nothing is prefect in the world,
there will always be something that you
can improve on with your health.
5. NOTHING STAYS THE SAME
It might be great to reach our health status,
but if we do not have wellness to maintain
that state, it will soon decrease and we will
no longer receive the benefit from health.
In life, nothing stays the same forever.
For example, if today you have reached your
level 10 health, but you are not doing
anything to maintain that state, then your
health level will decrease the next day.
6. WATER YOUR TREE
For example, if you do not water the tree
today, it lifespan will decrease down to
99%.
If you do not water your tree for two days
in a row, it will decrease down to 98%.
Even though 98% is still great, it is still
dying slowly.
If you do not water the tree at all, then it
will soon die.
7. IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH
It is the same with your health.
If you do not improve your health today or
tomorrow, it will also decrease slowly, until it
hits the bottom, and then you will not have
enough energy and strength to live well.
In addition, you would rather do things to
maintain your health than to pick yourself back
up after your health go down the drain.
It takes less time and energy to maintain
something than to fix it.
