November through the summer 2012 I ran the place,working 80 hours a week.
1. Work with other interns to open a new restaurantcalled “Up-Dog”. Were the soft opening
happened on July 2011
2. Collaboratewith the team to develop ideas for the restaurantsuch as hot-dog cart,logo,
commercials,packaging,location,menu, demographics,videos,restaurantdesign, slogans
3. Produce, direct, composed and sangfor the restaurantcommercials
4. Collaborated to create Business plan for restaurantand gavea presentation to bank resulting
125,000 financing
5. Created the items for the menu such as Hot-Dogs, Salsas,cooked for the restaurantand special
