Create a school or agency wide policy that
encourages respect for all and establish
consequences for those who bully or harass others.
Train students, faculty and administration to
respond effectively to harassment and to stand
up for one another.
Script or Guidelines so that they can respond
consistently to youth who bully others.
Brainstorm alternatives in a class the power of
language to offensive words like “that is so gay”
Be clear that bullies are OFFENSIVE to everyone
