experiences to improve my personality skills, So I will ask some questions

How many years of experience…?
Answer:
Total 5 years experience……4 years in shaishav trust as a
coordinator and last 1 year at H.R. Manager ,Industrial Jewels
Private Limited.
5. Question 2
Since you are a successful…Sir, how do you take your work..?
Answer:
lots of reasons for the successful work for example set a brilliant
goal, particular mission of the job or work, as a long vision, to the capacity
of handing to all the challenges, and also at last better forecasting.
Question 3
According to you, what are the qualities to become a successful
Employ..?
Answer:
According to me many more qualities in successful employs like
working timing, during the job timing not to late or as well as too early in the
company also go through best commitment during the work and also your
behavior for your junior as well as senior. and also honesty for your
company.
6. Question 4
During your long successful career, you might have faced some
challenges, how do you take it..? As an opportunities or as a hurdle?
Answer:
In my career first of all in staring period many of challenge's i was faced
it.in this duration one of my problem I will share with you.as a me H.R. manger two
type of problem may be faced one is internal and other external. for example in
during the working period of company and suddenly any one machine is stopped
then our hall productions are stop because of all parts made and joint to completion
of one product.so that time take some quick decision to start the production as per
day requrements.so I ordered to my technical staff to check and possible to
maximum try to start the machine if not possible to start then change the machine
or replace to other and start our production in shortest west of time.That is one
opportunities to prove my self and also to improve my self to handle this type of
problem in future.

According to you, what is a job satisfaction..?
(a) External satisfaction
(b) Internal satisfaction
(c) (a) & (b) Both..
Answer:
obviously (a) & (b) both are important. first of for getting a new job
all of satisfaction take because of your requirement of job.in next days go
through your work in progress in company and time to salary at that time for
your requirement and importance to you and your family it’s external
satisfaction but your not satisfy to your work for this salary so internally you
are not satisfied so this is not good for you and also company so for this
reasons both are important External satisfaction and internal too.
8. Question 6
Do you believe in reward or opportunity..? Domain Vision or
purpose Vision..?
Answer:
yes, why not for you and your company's progression
reward or opportunity must important. both are vision is important in
domain vision long term future planning for your individual future
and also purpose vision for short time to handle some opportunity to
improvement your place in company.for this standard decided your
future in company.
9. Question 7
Sir...sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your juniors
are not working according to your Expectations. How do you make
them work..?
Answer:
good question! At that time to take some action for your
juniors. frist of all what is problem for not a giving his best to
compney.at that time some internal problem may be in his socity or
his personal at that time I will go to his near and some bravery
speech add in his mind to handle his problem and to contribute his
100%.other is external problem to union of all juniors to decided to
increment for salary and go through strike or some action at that
time give you some satisfaction for there salary increment and the
work is started continue at that time.

Sir...sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your
Seniors/Authorities are not supporting according to your Expectations.
How do you make them convince..?
Answer:
if you are handle all the work lode of company then our
seniors/Authorities pressure for his hall work stolen our head and they are
free from the his work.at that time some time take decision if some work
give to you for completion if you are know how to handle the work all thaw
you are create drama to not satisfied for the work then your seniors
understand and give some work for this work. and also you give the
respect of all the your seniors/Authorities.
11. Question 9
Sir, according to you, what is your Contribution to organization and
how do you relate it to society?
Answer:
as a me at H.R. manager give my 100% Contribution of
company. I think my company is my home as other home.
And all members are as my brothers and sisters. i can’t think about
company's reputation is down for my personal reasons always to try
my best for progration of company.in a society create my personal
image for helping hand for new employees.
12. Question 10
Can you give me any example of your personal experience in which
you demonstrate “you can do” attitude and “overcome the “Fear of
Failure”?
Answer:
yes, I can do. last few years I am only one coordinator of a
small trust then wake up and go for the big and don’t became to
turn of my goal and today I got my standard as a successful H.R.
manger in Industrial jewels.

What is your short term vision? And what is your Long term Vision?
Answer:
I completed my short term vision as a successful H.R.
manager. about my long term vision every people like big or big
same as me improve my work ability and go to the out side of
county for better life.

What is your message or an advice for the future engineers...or
any suggestion for youth?
Answer:
Do the hard work and also think big for your better future. first as
a starting not watch as a only salary or get a money form this job. you
build your personality and also get good work experience then nobody
can challenge you.so keep it up for take the challenges and improve your
self.

Sir… Will you please share any life experience of yours, which you feel
makes you a successful person.
Answer:
yes, many of proud moment for me in today I am 500 peoples
successfully handle to his satisfaction in our company, and also in our
society many of peoples to respect as a his family member. and also
today you are chose for me as a contributor and take my interview one
other time feel proud for my job.
