3. 1. How many years of experience?
I m working as a businessman since last 30 years.
2. Since you are a successful.... Sir how do you take your work?

now, I worked as a very successful businessman last 14 years.
I always take my work as a challenge and a goal.
First I take my work as a goal and to achieve that goal is a challenge
for me.
4. 3. According to you what are the qualities to become successful
businessman?
According to me the qualities to become successful businessman is:-
First of all there should be a FIRE in your heart to do some thing in your
life
A good businessman should always see at all the aspects of the market.
Their finance should be strong.
They should set their goals well and in order to achieve them they should
develop a good strategy.
Never criticize your opponent instead praise them.
Always have a direct contact with your clients.
Increase your level as much as you can instead of decreasing others
because in doing so you are decreasing yours.
5. 4. During your long successful career you might have faced some
challenges, how do you take it?
Problems are a part of life. No one’s life is perfect smooth. Rise and falls are
inevitable.
I just take those problems as a challenge of my life and give my best.
Taking problem as a challenge is the only way you can give your best.
6. 5. According to you what is job satisfaction?
External satisfaction is an obvious answer because you get money for that.
But the main thing is internal satisfaction.
Because when you are internally satisfied with your job then and then you
do your job with full interest and give your best to your company.
7. 6. Sir sometimes in your career you have faced your junior that are not
working according to your expectation, how do you make them work?
Many time its happen that my junior are not working according to my
expectation.
But there are two possibilities.
If they are capable of doing their work and are mentally disturbed or other
problem then council them.
If they are incapable then bypass them and train others for the work.
8. 7. Can you give me any example of your personal experience in which you
demonstrate “ you can do “ attitude and overcome the “ fear of failure”
There is an incident in my life.
Once I had taken all my distributors (app.200) with their family to a 10D 9N
tour.
That was the most challenging task I had taken.
During this tour I had to manage for their rest house in advance before they
reach the destination and also arrange for their dinner and breakfast for the
next day.
At that time I doubted myself. But I just kept on saying myself that I can do
this on my own and I did.
9. 8. What is your short term vision and what is your long term vision?
Short term vision:- there should be no downfall in the current product
business.
Long term vision:- To advance the business.
10. 9. What is your message or advise for become engineer or any
suggestion for youth?
First of all you should be clear with all your concepts.
you should be a good observer. Observe each and every minute things
and question how it happens.
You should have knowledge of all he branches.
And as I said earlier you should have a Fire in your heart to do your
work.
