Hello Friends, My Name is Munir Tai, Study in 
GEC Bhavnagar, in Electronics and 
Communication branch. 
I met Sir Soyab, and requested for interview, 
and he ready for it. 
I asked him some basic questions of their 
success and confidence, and note down his 
answers and present here.
Q.1 HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE? 
I have 5 years experience in my field.
Q.2 HOW DO YOU TAKE YOUR WORK? 
I do my work as a goal.
Q.3 ACCORDING TO YOU, WHAT ARE THE 
QUALITIES TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL 
EMPLOY? 
Hard work, Sincerity, honesty, truth, faith in 
important to become successful employee.
Q.4 DURING YOUR LONG SUCCESSFUL 
CAREER, YOU MIGHT HAVE FACED SOME 
CHALLENGES 
There is always up and down in your life, we 
should take positively to any challenge. We 
should be calm in any difficult situation, and 
need to do preparation how to overcome it 
and go through plan. Take it as a opportunity 
to do something new.
Q.5 ACCORDING TO YOU WHAT IS A JOB 
SATISFACTION? 
Infernal and External Both
Q.6 DO YOU BELIEVE IN REWARD OR 
OPPORTUNITY? DOMAIN VISION OR PURPOSE 
VISION? 
I always believe in opportunity. Do your work 
sincerely, you will get reward automatically. I 
believe in purpose vision.
Q.7 SIR.. SOMETIMES IN YOUR CAREER YOU MIGHT 
HAVE FACED YOUR JUNIORS ARE NOT WORKING 
ACCORDING TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS, HOW DO 
YOU MAKE THEM WORK? 
Junior needs guidance. We should give them 
proper guidance. They need to inspire to get 
them work.
Q.8 SIR.. SOMETIMES IN YOUR CAREER YOU MIGHT 
HAVE FACED YOUR SENIORS OR AUTHORITIES ARE 
NOT SUPPORTING ACCORDING TO YOUR 
EXPECTATIONS, HOW DO YOU MAKE THEM 
CONVINCE? 
Yes, Sometimes it happens, we need to 
understand that they have lot of work and 
they might can’t give time in helping. We 
should wait for them and in extra time we 
should get their help.
Q.9 SIR.. ACCORDING TO YOU, WHAT IS 
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANISATION 
AND HOW DO YOU RELATE IT TO SOCIETY? 
Contribution doesn't related only to how u 
give time to any organization. Your time and 
work should be really helpful to your senior, 
junior and the organization must have some 
profit from you.
Q.10 CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY EXAMPLE OF YOUR 
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN WHICH YOU 
DEMONSTRATE "YOU CAN DO" ATTITUDE AND 
"OVERCOME THE FEAR OF FAILURE"? 
One day a work need to completed but hard 
luck it didn't done in time. In the night think 
about my mistakes learn from it and on the 
next do that work even in half the time. From 
that time I make planning before starting 
work.
Q.11 WHAT IS SHORT TERM VISION? AND 
WHAT IS YOUR LONG TERM VISION? 
Sort turm vision "To become leader."Long 
term vision " One day, all children in this 
nation will have the opportunity to attain an 
excellent education."
Q.12 WHAT IS YOUR MESSAGE AND ADVICE 
FOR THE FUTURE ENGINEERS OR ANY 
SUGGESSTIONS FOR YOUTH? 
Don't compare yourself to your peers. Do 
your best. You will find pretty quickly that. 
There are two types of engineering students: 
those with talent and everyone else. Those 
with talent breeze through the courses, the 
homework and the tests. Everyone else 
struggles. Ifyou have talent, then it won't be 
very difficult for you. don't compare yourself 
against those who do.
Q.13 SIR WILL YOU PLEASE SHARE ANY LIFE 
EXPERIENCE OF YOURS, WHICH YOU FEEL 
MAKES YOU A SUCCESSFUL PERSON? 
One day there was lots of work in company 
and due to festival most of employees on 
leave. Me and some seniors are there. After 
office time completed they told me I can go 
home if I want. But I don't go and continue to 
do work and we work till mid night and only 
after completing whole work we all go home. 
This makes me successful person.

  • 5. Q.3 ACCORDING TO YOU, WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL EMPLOY? Hard work, Sincerity, honesty, truth, faith in important to become successful employee.
  • 6. Q.4 DURING YOUR LONG SUCCESSFUL CAREER, YOU MIGHT HAVE FACED SOME CHALLENGES There is always up and down in your life, we should take positively to any challenge. We should be calm in any difficult situation, and need to do preparation how to overcome it and go through plan. Take it as a opportunity to do something new.

  • 10. Q.8 SIR.. SOMETIMES IN YOUR CAREER YOU MIGHT HAVE FACED YOUR SENIORS OR AUTHORITIES ARE NOT SUPPORTING ACCORDING TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS, HOW DO YOU MAKE THEM CONVINCE? Yes, Sometimes it happens, we need to understand that they have lot of work and they might can’t give time in helping. We should wait for them and in extra time we should get their help.

Your time and work should be really helpful to your senior, junior and the organization must have some profit from you.

One day a work need to completed but hard luck it didn't done in time. In the night think about my mistakes learn from it and on the next do that work even in half the time. From that time I make planning before starting work.

  • 14. Q.12 WHAT IS YOUR MESSAGE AND ADVICE FOR THE FUTURE ENGINEERS OR ANY SUGGESSTIONS FOR YOUTH? Don't compare yourself to your peers. Do your best. You will find pretty quickly that. There are two types of engineering students: those with talent and everyone else. Those with talent breeze through the courses, the homework and the tests. Everyone else struggles. Ifyou have talent, then it won't be very difficult for you. don't compare yourself against those who do.
  • 15. Q.13 SIR WILL YOU PLEASE SHARE ANY LIFE EXPERIENCE OF YOURS, WHICH YOU FEEL MAKES YOU A SUCCESSFUL PERSON? One day there was lots of work in company and due to festival most of employees on leave. Me and some seniors are there. After office time completed they told me I can go home if I want. But I don't go and continue to do work and we work till mid night and only after completing whole work we all go home. This makes me successful person.
