Problem 2 Akar Penyebab Alternatif Solusi Analisis Solusi Kurikulum • Belum terbangun gairah untuk berubah di kalangan guru • Masih terjadi miskonsepsi mengenai tahapan praktis penerapan kurikulum merdeka untuk kelas tingkat awal • Mengajak guru untuk mengikuti pelatihan/seminar pendidikan mengenai IKM • Sharing bersama sekolah penggerak di lingkungan sekitar • Kepala sekolah harus mampu membimbing, mengarahkan dan menginspirasi semua elemen sekolah untuk mau bergerak ke arah yang lebih baik (Rahayu dkk, 2022) • Melibatkan guru dalam pengembangan kurikulum (Alsubaie, 2016) Penerapan kurikulum di sekolah masih bias

Problem 4 Akar Penyebab Alternatif Solusi Analisis Solusi Pengajaran • Kemampuan matematis siswa cenderung menengah ke bawah • Motivasi belajar belum terbangun secara optimal • Libatkan siswa dalam hal sekecil apapun selama proses pembelajaran • Bangun suasana belajar yang menyenangkan sehingga siswa termotivasi untuk belajar • Berikan stimulus secara kontekstual untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis (menanya, dan menanggapi) • Bangun kepercayaan siswa untuk berani berpendapat tanpa harus menghakimi • Menggunakan pendekatan matematika realistik karena dapat merangsang penalaran dan kegiatan berpikir siswa (Pambudi, 2007) • Alternatif lainnya yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan problem posing (pengajuan soal). Pendekatan ini menurut Moses, Bjork, dan Goldenberg (1990) dapat mengaktifkan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran Pembelajaran masih teacher centered
