Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing Department
Location: Main Head Office, Lahore.
SUMMARY:
Determine the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors and
identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's
profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee product
development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
Responsibilities:
 Develops And Executes Marketing Plans And Programs, Both Short And Long Range,
To Ensure The Profit Growth And Expansion Of Company Products Or Services.
 Plans And Oversees The Organization's Advertising And Promotion Activities Including
Print, Electronic, And Direct Mail Outlets.
 Establishes Marketing Goals To Ensure Share Of Market And Profitability Of Products
Or Services.
 Evaluates Market Reactions To Advertising Programs, Merchandising Policy, And
Product Packaging And Formulation.
 Develop And Sell-In An Annual Plan To Closely Align The Efforts Of Marketing And
Sales To Generate Optimal Demand For The Brand.
 Integrate Environmental Information Into Product Or Company Marketing Strategies,
Policies, Or Activities.
 Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution,
establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
 Compile lists describing product or service offerings.

 Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of
products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market
trends.
Job Specification:
The applicant for the marketing manager position must retain:
Education:
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
 MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing is preferred.
 Certificate of marketing & production
Experience:
 5 year of experience in field of marketing in any multinational
 Marketing manager will be prefer (minimum 1 year experience)

 Computers and Electronics
 Education and Training
 Clerical
Abilities:
 Written Comprehension--The ability to read and understand information and ideas
presented in writing.
 Speech Clarity -- The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.

 Deductive Reasoning -- The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to
produce answers that make sense.
 Inductive Reasoning -- The ability to combine pieces of information to form general
rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).
 Fluency of Ideas -- The ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic (the
number of ideas is important, not their quality, correctness, or creativity).
 Speech Recognition -- The ability to identify and understand the speech of another
person.
 Written Expression -- The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so
others will understand.
 Problem Sensitivity -- The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go
wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
 Near Vision -- The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the
observer).
 Mathematical Reasoning -- The ability to choose the right mathematical methods or
formulas to solve a problem.
 Originality -- The ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or
situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem.
 Information Ordering -- The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or
pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters,
words, pictures, mathematical operations).

Coordination -- Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
Active Learning -- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and
future problem-solving and decision-making.
Reading Comprehension -- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related
documents.

Judgment and Decision Making -- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential

inappropriate times.

appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
Management of Personnel Resources -- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they
work, identifying the best people for the job.
Monitoring -- Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or

they do.

Science -- Using scientific rules and methods to solve problems.
Quality Control Analysis -- Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or
processes to evaluate quality or performance.

jobs in an organization. It tries to make a systematic comparison between jobs to assess their
relative worth for the purpose of establishing a rational pay structure.

Marketing Manager Required
We are looking for a marketing manager to develop and implement the marketing
policies and plans, working collectively with sales team in front of the channel
partners, and users and the marketing pace to achieve the business objectives
including sales and profit budgets and deliver profitable long term growth to the
company.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years previous experience in marketing required.
Experience supervising and managing a professional staff.
Skills:
In language, English is must, preferable one regional language or more.
Strong effective communicator.
Operating computer and use of internet is required.
Experience in the global marketplace is a plus.

SUMMARY: Determine the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. Responsibilities:  Develops And Executes Marketing Plans And Programs, Both Short And Long Range, To Ensure The Profit Growth And Expansion Of Company Products Or Services.  Plans And Oversees The Organization's Advertising And Promotion Activities Including Print, Electronic, And Direct Mail Outlets.  Establishes Marketing Goals To Ensure Share Of Market And Profitability Of Products Or Services.  Evaluates Market Reactions To Advertising Programs, Merchandising Policy, And Product Packaging And Formulation.  Develop And Sell-In An Annual Plan To Closely Align The Efforts Of Marketing And Sales To Generate Optimal Demand For The Brand.  Integrate Environmental Information Into Product Or Company Marketing Strategies, Policies, Or Activities.  Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.  Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
