Job Title: Marketing Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing Department
Location: Main Head Office, Lahore.
SUMMARY:
Determine the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors and
identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's
profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee product
development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
Responsibilities:
Develops And Executes Marketing Plans And Programs, Both Short And Long Range,
To Ensure The Profit Growth And Expansion Of Company Products Or Services.
Plans And Oversees The Organization's Advertising And Promotion Activities Including
Print, Electronic, And Direct Mail Outlets.
Establishes Marketing Goals To Ensure Share Of Market And Profitability Of Products
Or Services.
Evaluates Market Reactions To Advertising Programs, Merchandising Policy, And
Product Packaging And Formulation.
Develop And Sell-In An Annual Plan To Closely Align The Efforts Of Marketing And
Sales To Generate Optimal Demand For The Brand.
Integrate Environmental Information Into Product Or Company Marketing Strategies,
Policies, Or Activities.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution,
establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
Compile lists describing product or service offerings.

Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of
products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market
trends.

The applicant for the marketing manager position must retain:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing is preferred.
Certificate of marketing & production
Experience:
5 year of experience in field of marketing in any multinational

We are looking for a marketing manager to develop and implement the marketing
policies and plans, working collectively with sales team in front of the channel
partners, and users and the marketing pace to achieve the business objectives
including sales and profit budgets and deliver profitable long term growth to the
company.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience:
