David Hogg
Dave has been teaching for over 25
years including 7 years as a Head of
Year and 5 years as Head of Science.
He has taught in a range of settings
including Pupil Referral Units and now
works as a Lead Inspector.
He has successfully worked as a
trainer with the University of
Gloucestershire PGCE Science and
Modern Foreign Languages courses
providing courses on behaviour
management and SEN support in
Science. He has acted as a behaviour
consultant and as an advisor on
teaching and learning.
Deborah Mason
Deb taught in secondary schools for
10 years as a science teacher and
subject mentor for GITEP trainees.
She was a Lead teacher in the Virtual
School for children in care and
supported school staff, worked with
Social Care and other support
agencies to secure better outcomes
for these children. More recently she
has worked for Gloucestershire
County Council advising Head
teachers in both primary and
secondary schools in promoting
inclusion and providing guidance on
school policies and practice.
