PILATES GYMNASTICS
The honorable miss Syahrela Niati as our lecturer. Good
morning ladies and gentlement.I want to give you information about
Pilates Gymnastics.
Pilates gymnastics more exercise physic, it also to increase
power of mind and mental. The main focus of Pilates is core muscles
like the muscles that are draped, lower back, and abdomen. Strong
core muscles will make your posture better, prevent back pain, and
increase flexibility.
Pilates can also to lose weight, but it won’t be as fast as
cardiofascular exercise. Pilates will build muscle without grease, and
gives the appearance of a more streamlined, but won’t burn the same
amount of calories with section the cardio like jogging.
Several suggestion to lose weight with Pilates :
1. Add intensity
2. Change practice variation
3. Add the frequency of exercise
4. Combined with other exercise
2. In conclusion, Pilates gymnastics can do by woman and man, but
woman always do pilates gymnastics cause she wants her body
posture better and she always feel her back pain, so pilates can
helpful to woman .
