Dear TO WHOM IT MAYCONCERN:
It is with great privilege that I present this letter as an Educator of Health and Physical Education.
As fitness has evoked changes in my life, that no other intervention could deliver, I am forever indebted to
the field of health sciences and, in part, those who have come before me. “Find what you love and let it
control you. Then, attack it with relentless vigor,” is a statement I have adopted and applied to my fitness
career as wellas my personal life. Having advanced training in Teaching Physical Education, Strength and
Conditioning – Olympic Lifts, Exercise Metabolic Pathways, Corrective Exercises and Postural
Assessments and Nutrition, I am well-versed in critical areas of health.
With a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of Miami, a nationally ranked
University and the number two school of education in the country, and a Bachelor’s Degree of Physical
Education and Health K – 12 from Wesley College, a Top 100 College in the country, I am positive that I
will be an asset to your company. With my skills in this field, advanced knowledge of anatomy,
biomechanics and practical relation to health, I am confident that I will positively contribute to your
establishment.
I am indebted to the health and fitness community because of my eighty plus pound weight loss
and climb back to competition performance levels after a career-ending knee injury. It is with this story that
I plan to inspire your company and colleagues to reachgoals they thought to be unattainable. I am confident
that I will use my expertise of Physical Education and Exercise Physiology to help your department in the
best possible manner. During my experience as a Student Physical Education Teacher, I recognized how
my students were unaware of healthy eating habits. After teaching my students the benefits of healthy
eating, it was evident how the dietary habits of the entire school changed for the better. Being able to
produce such a dramatic change to a school community inspires me to bring this change to your
establishment.
During my clinical experiences as an assistant Exercise Physiologist, I educated my clients on the
relationship between Nutrition, Musculoskeletal Balances and Cardiovascular Health. With these
educational tools, I was able to create a personal health report card and a beginning exercise regimen.
Ready to be a catalyst in the positive life change of your company using my expertise in movement
mechanics, as well as positively influence both staff and colleagues alike with my mental tenacity to stay
moving forward, I look forward to further communicating with you. Thank You.
Sincerely,
Bradley Albert Mayer
