You have been undergoing different stages of
development physically, emotionally, spiritually,
socially and mentally.

However you need to be exposed to many
forms of physical activity while in school.

During your previous years, you were exposed to

movement exploration and self testing activities
along with the team-oriented sports.

As a teenage, you still need to develop your
