Meeting called to order: 6:03 pm
Roll Call: Dave Barnhart performed the roll call; the following chapter officers were present:
President Ronnie Beitzel; Secretary-Treasurer Dave Barnhart; Eboard Members Art Fondriest,
Gabe Fincher and Greg Wallace. Vice President Phil Wright was excused. Ronnie Beitzel
declares a quorum.
Secretary’s Report
Dave Barnhart read the minutes from the May 20, 2014 meeting. No corrections, additions or
deletions. Greg Wallace made a motion to accept the minutes, Gabe Fincher seconded, motion
carried. The minutes have been approved as read.
Treasurers Report:
As of today we have a balance of $6757.43 in the savings account and $1529.28 in the checking
account. The following checks have been written since the last meeting: No other transactions
have been processed since the last meeting and I report that all bills are paid.
Gabe Fincher made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report. Greg Wallace seconded the
motion. Motion carried. The Treasurer’s Report has been approved as read.

President’s report
Further discussion held about informing the rank and file members of the adverse effects of
Right to Work or Workplace Freedom in light of this year’s gubernatorial election.
Staff Report: No report.
State Board: no report
Unfinished Business: None
New Business
A motion to donate $100 to this year’s ODOT District 11 Annual Meeting was presented. Further
discussion was held and the motion was presented for a vote. The motion unanimously lost. The
chapter will not donate any money towards the annual meeting.
Greg Wallace reported that Tusc. Chapter does not have a certified steward, a requirement set
forth by OCSEA Headquarters. Greg is volunteering to take what courses are necessary to
become certified to meet these requirements. Further discussions held.
Adjournment
Greg Wallace made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Gabe Fincher seconded the motion
Meeting adjourned at 6:40 pm
