2. Upperclassmen should be able to go out for lunch Juniors and Seniors should be able to have a 40 minute break from school and go out to get good food with friends. Lunch should be extended from 30 to 40 minutes every day. School lunches can still be served but upperclassmen have the option to leave for lunch. 2

3. Why? School lunches are extremely repetitive and sometimes disgusting. Upperclassmen more responsible and should have privilege to leave school and return for the next class. With agreement between school and local restaurants, both can benefit. 3

4. What needs to change… Lunch needs to be extended to 40 minutes by changing the 4 lunch shifts to only 3 lunch shifts because the cafeteria will be less crowded with more people going out. Administrators need to allow the upperclassmen to be able to leave the school during the lunch periods. Students check in with their 3rd period teacher when they return. 4
