still face a pay gap. The purpose of Stiletto Networks is women making their voices heard in the business world. Stiletto Networks work to improve
women's lives, their communities and companies they are involved in. They also focus on women being able to become the biggest and bravest
version of themselves. They also provide opportunities for women to network in gatherings such as dinner events, salon events and other social
places. It provides women with a sense of comfort knowing there are other women out there who want their voice heard in the business world. The
name of my Stiletto Network is Women with a Purpose. I chose this name because I think as a network we can encourage other women to not be
afraid to have a voice, take a stand and change the world. The significance of the name that I have created for my network is that it is built around a

They are all trying to reach the goal of becoming a surgical resident in the hospital, which is the highest position in the surgical field other than the
Chief of Surgery. During their climb to the top, they all experience dramatic moments during the show. For example, Izzie falls in love with a
patient at Seattle Grace and breaks a lot of rules to save his life. This ended Izzie's internship and the patient ended up dying. During these scenes,
Izzie was acting crazy, and she was devastated when the patient died. The way that Izzie was portrayed was not fair and mean. Shonda made her
look like she was actually crazy, but she was not. She was acting the way any normal person would act when a loved one dies. Many people did not
like Izzie after that scene because of the way that she acted when her patient died. Another example of a dramatic moment is when Meredith's
husband, Derek, got into a car crash and died. This was the turning point for the whole show because Derek was another main character. The morning
of his death date he stopped on his way to work and helped some people who were in a car accident. He called the ambulance, and they got it taken
care of.
