         Maintain Hyperion Enterprise system for the Power Solutions division. This includes legal
entity reporting models for internal and external financial reporting.
         Ensure that SOX requirements are being adhered to.
         Perform systems admin for Hyperion Enterprise, Oracle general ledger and BES systems;
maintain security in each system and ensure the integrity of each. Access 2000 utilized to ensure
that Hyperion and general ledger information tied out and to track changes.

IT Director              Office Furniture Resources, Inc.      April 04 – May 06
         Manager all computer operations at 4 locations throughout the Midwest. This includes email
servers, web server and data server. Environment includes Windows 2003 servers, Windows XP,
Windows 98, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
         Oversee accounting software (Great Plains) upgrades and training throughout the company.
         Maintain computer inventory. This encompasses all hardware and software related problems
for laptops, desktops and servers. Utilized Access 2000 to                            create a tracking
database for inventory items as well as sales and cost information that was user-friendly for sales
and other executive ‘non-computer                  literate' personnel.
         Coordinate inventory control of all product inventories at 4 retail stores as well as a 5 story
warehouse.

        Creation/maintenance of Access databases which accumulate collection and reconciliation
data used by other accountants and account executives.
        Reconcile/collect on past due accounts which are in violation to the company's rehab orders.

        Responsible for the creation of monthly mainframe databases via FOCUS. This process
includes the extraction of loan information from the commercial loan system and also imports to this
database from external sources, i.e. asset based lending loan system, equipment finance loan
system.
        Review loan ratings for validity/reasonableness and notify the responsible party (loan ops,
account managers, etc) of possible problems.
        Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, consisting of criticized loan info, SIC details
and summaries, policy exception reporting, past due and non-accrual items, and projections.
Software included Hyperion Essbase, Cognos, Microsoft Access, Lotus Approach, as well as
Microsoft Excel, Lotus 123. The audience for these reports ranged from board of directors, to
managers, to administrative assistants.
        Provide technical support to personnel (various teams are located in area) as requested.
        Conduct Information Systems audits (data center, disaster recovery, change control, end-
user, system development, Financial & Admin) of Firstar Information Services division.
        Provide technical support to internal and external auditors. This included software support

known as current day Access) and hardware support (various modems, laptop configurations, printer
