System). Ad hoc databases were created for special reporting requirements as well as for yearly

Maintain computer inventory. This encompasses all hardware and software related problems
for laptops, desktops and servers. Utilized Access 2000 to create a tracking

and other executive ‘non-computer literate' personnel.

account managers, etc) of possible problems.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, consisting of criticized loan info, SIC details

Software included Hyperion Essbase, Cognos, Microsoft Access, Lotus Approach, as well as
Microsoft Excel, Lotus 123. The audience for these reports ranged from board of directors, to
