with the banks credit/debit card operations on an iSeries platform.
Key responsibilities included:
• Manage a virtual team of client managers representing 5 companies spread over two countries
and 5 time zones. Establishing project responsibilities, the project plan and milestones,
monitoring progress against the program of work and resolving scheduling and resourcing
conflicts with appropriate client manager.
• Co-ordinating full end-to-end System test, simulating a ‘real’ card application and posting
transactions to dummy customer accounts, creating comprehensive test plans, verifying
results and communicating back to project team the outcomes.
