Tim Cermola further developed his business
acumen in New York City’s Financial Industry. After
time spent at Neuberger Berman and The Bank of
New York, Mr. Cermola returned to Connecticut
and joined Cardinal Engineering Associates.
As a sales and marketing professional with
experience in the A/E/C Industry Tim Cermola
became more focused on the vision and direction
of the company and in 2003 joined the
management team as the Director of Business
Development and Marketing.

strategic direction of Cardinal Engineering
