Michael Brigagliano is a unique mortgage professional with a diverse
background. From early on in his career at Transamerica Credit in NY, his peers
and supervisors quickly learned that Michael’s natural sales ability combined with
a gift for mathematics and finance were combinations that lead him to Sales
Person of the Year in 1995 and 1996. But production was only part of the
equation that round out Michael’s experience. Sound decisions and ethical
lending practices created a long list of satisfied customer testimonials while
achieving and exceeding corporate production and profitability goals. In 1997
Michael was promoted to Executive Branch Manager, one of the youngest in the
company and has never looked back. Michael quickly took the discipline and
structure of a large corporation and applied it to the start-up and growth of several
rapidly emerging mortgage lenders. In this capacity Michael quickly mastered the
art of recruiting and training quality associates that became top performers
themselves. This was a skill Michael has utilized all over the country as Michael
has lived and worked in the Northeast, Southeast and Southwest. Michael has
managed multiple production branches nationwide and has managed over 150
direct reports in a call center environment. Michael also learned that to grow a
mortgage company licensing and testing is a necessary requirement that his
employers trusted him with. Michael has held numerous state lending licenses and
has been listed as the responsible individual on many corporate licenses.
As an executive in the mortgage industry, Michael has developed skills in

recognition in the mortgage marketplace. Michael’s professional network includes
numerous CEO’s, President’s and EVP’s of today’s largest mortgage companies
