January 2015 – July 2016 ASG Integracom
Position: BDM/Training Advisor
ASG Integracom is a government Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
specialising in the development and delivery of technical training courses. In my role
as a business development manager/training advisor I was responsible for the
promotion and sale of ASG Integracom's suite of technical qualifications. Market
verticals include the electrical contracting, electronic security and IT communications
industries. In this role I regularly achieved or exceeded my sales target of 30 plus
enrolments per month. Other KPI’s included weekly, monthly and quarterly sales
forecasting and regular updating of sales activities and client contacts in the CRM
database.
2014 – January 2015 CONTRACTED SALES & MARKETING ROLES
During this time I was engaged under contract by various organisations such as Digicor,
Information Potential and the Australasian Business Group. Services offered by myself

2011 – 2014 INGRAM MICRO
Position: Business Development Manager
Joined Ingram Micro’s Enterprise Technology Group in February 2011 as a Business
Development Manager. Reporting directly to the national sales manager, my primary
responsibility was to maximize revenues for all major vendors within a designated
account base. I continued to meet all KPI’s and regularly exceeded revenue targets.
Major focus was on relationship development and revenue growth via vendors such as
IBM, HP, CISCO, APC, EMC, Lenovo, Microsoft, VMware, Symantec and McAfee.
Major accounts that I had overall responsibility for included Thomas Duryea, Southern
Cross Computers, Gen-i, Anittel, Alphawest, Logicalis, Dimension Data and Frontline
Systems.
 Annual sales target: $25M
 Actual sales revenues: 125% of target

2001 - 2011 NEC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
Position: Account Manager
Relocated from Shepparton to Melbourne to take up a position with NEC Business
Solutions as an Account Manager. Responsibilities included representation of the
company's suite of voice & data products & solutions to customers such as BHP Billiton,
Rio Tinto, the Toll Transport Group, Coles, Myer, Crown Limited, Repco and the
University of Melbourne.
Revenue targets were measured against achievement of both "gained orders" and
"invoiced sales" with a focus on Managed Services (outsourcing). Consistently achieved
targets while developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
 Annual sales target: $5.0M
 Actual sales revenues: 115%
1996 - 2001 ENTCOM/NILSEN COMMUNICATIONS
Position: Regional Manager
I joined Entcom in 1996 to expand the company's sales within the Victorian Education
marketplace and in particular the Department of Education’s "Schools of the Future"
rollout. These projects encompassed the design and implementation of data networks
including the provision of cabling infrastructure, active network equipment, desktops,
notebooks and servers. In 1997 Entcom was purchased by Nilsen Electrics Pty. Ltd. I
was retained by Nilsen and appointed as the Regional Manager based in Shepparton.
My primary role as Regional Manager was to further develop the company's overall
presence in Northern Victoria and Southern NSW within the Education and SME
markets.
1992 – 1996 ADC KRONE(Australia)
Position: Channel Manager– Vic/Tas
In 1992 accepted the position of Channel Manager for Victoria and Tasmania with
KRONEAustralia. In this position I was responsible for the generation of all sales
revenues within Victoria and Tasmania for the Commercial Sales Division of KRONE.
My role involved the management and development of KRONE’s Distributor Network,
their Endorsed Installer Contractor Network and the direct marketing and promotion of
KRONE’s products and services to Consulting Engineers, Corporate End Users and
Victorian Government Departments.
