Based on the information collected and the studies Coffee
conducted caffeine plays multiple roles (positive and
negative) on the human body. The major roles that caffeine
plays on the body is a short mental alertness and arousal. As
well as the negative affects that include anxiety,
hallucinations and Jitters. The effects that caffeine causes is
usually dependant on the amount of caffeine ingested. The
recommended amount of caffeine is 400mg per day.
