ACHIVEMENTS AND PROJECTS  RCCP (Rough cut capacity planning) for Noos and Best seller so that production system can be moved to make to Stock (MTS) from current (MTO), which will result as reduction in lead time of FG and RM procurement.  Developed and successfully implemented Sales and operational process for Bata India Limited for FAMILY Concept.  Consecutively for 3 months given forecast with demand planning accuracy (Forecast Accuracy) with 70%+, which helps in reduction of stock level to 18 weeks for contract manufactured articles from 25 weeks.  Designed Worksheet based Model for Month on Month Closing calculation and profit calculation for better future insight of Business Planning.  Implemented the process of Demand forecasting & Requirement planning for Major ISO grades for India Polyurethane Business.  Implemented BayerOne- E-business (online ordering system for customer) in India first in Asia Pacific region of company.  Reduced Minimum time (72 hrs. to 48 hrs.) to Cater backorders, Increase first fill rate from 80% to 90%.  Implemented successfully Cycle counting of raw material to reduce variances.
