 Consecutively for 3 months given forecast with demand planning accuracy (Forecast Accuracy ) with above 70% ,
which helps in reduction of stock level to 21 weeks for contract manufactured articles from 25 weeks .
 Implemented the process of Demand forecasting & Requirement planning for Major ISO grades for India
Polyurethane Business.
 Implemented BayerOne- E-business (online ordering system for customer) in India first in Asia Pacific region of
company.
 Reduced Minimum time (72 hrs. to 48 hrs.) to Cater backorders, Increase first fill rate from 80% to 90%.
 Implemented successfully Cycle counting of raw material to reduce variances. Successfully implemented sticking
losses accounting systems and reporting in SAP.
