Supply Planning:
• Responsible for planning and ordering of 12K SKU’s for 14 ASPAC countries
• Review and maintain planning parameters in SAP to ensure proper functioning of MRP. Drive
MRP adherence by planner and planning analyst
• Ensure that supply plan meets anticipated customer demand with optimal inventory level and
minimum BO risk. ( BO target of 0.6 Mn USD)
• Ensure timely release of correct forecast to relevant manufacturing locations.
• Manage monthly transactions of more than 7 Mn USD.
• Own the ROP, SS etc at distribution hubs. Maintain scientific way of calculating ROP, SS,
Consignment requirement etc. Drive adherence to Inventory entitlement model.
• Work with Global planner to maintain an accurate supply planning management process.
• Conduct monthly Demand and Supply review calls with Global planners.
• Work closely with RA departments to avoid any compliance risk and to ensure business
continuity.
• Manage exposure to ESO by implementing inter modal redistribution and returns to suppliers (
Average impact of around 2 Mn USD per year)
• Own and meet LIFR target. ((Since 2014, LIFR achievement is above target (97%))
• Work on continuous improvement of lead times, reducing total cost of inventory to the
company.
• Provide insight to markets on Inventory levels during launch of NPIs.

Inventory Management
• Execute Inventory Entitlement exercise for distribution hubs.
• Manage exposure to ESO by implementing inter modal redistribution and returns to suppliers
• Inventory BP planning ( Co-ordinate with country, franchise and other stake holders)

Demand Planning:
• Manage statistical forecasts (APO DP, Suggest and select appropriate forecasting models,
outlier management , parameters reviews)
• Drive and sustain an effective demand planning management process for entire ASPAC
markets with more than 12000 SKUs.
• Substantiate statistical forecasts with MI so that over all forecast is aligned with business
plans.
• Measure, Track & take corrective action to improve Forecast accuracy (MAPE target of 20%,
BIAS within 5%)
• Work closely with regional/country marketing managers and other stakeholders to understand
requirements of new product introductions
• Provides planning inputs to country product phase-in/phase-out plans
• Drive and conduct S&OP meeting for key markets involving multiple stakeholders
• Work with Global partners for Long term forecast (Capacity evaluation etc.)
• Investment (Instruments) planning and management for Region and countries.
• Worked on development of in house forecasting tool ( Access + Minitab)
• Considered SME on demand planning within business unit.
• First time developed Balance sheet for Demand planning for Region.

Drive MRP adherence by planner and planning analyst • Ensure that supply plan meets anticipated customer demand with optimal inventory level and minimum BO risk.
