Introduction
Within this audit I am going to be talking about the methods of learning and how they can be
assessed.
I will be showing the skills and experiences of which I have, how they have been developed and a
SWOT analysis to evaluate myself. Then I will have expanded on the findings of my skills and
experiences, with the final point that I will then be constructing a table showing my short and
long–term targets to develop skills and learning styles.

During the whole process of designing the IMC plan for HP Sprocket in this semester, I have
earned valuable experience about teamwork, and I have learned lessons not only from class, but

I definitely learned a great deal from our discussions about this book. I really did not like it at all
until the class sat down and analyzed the many levels Conrad addressed in his story. I thought the
endless paradoxes in the book, once brought to light, were actually very interesting. My favorite
section, however, was the poetry unit. I really enjoyed the poem ?The Blues? by Billy Collins the
most because of my respect for music. I think Collins really makes a point in his poem about just
how important music is and how it allows people who are very different to connect on many

In addition, I have learned that patient safety is at the forefront of nursing and the ability to think
outside of the box. Before I had started the nursing program, if I was asked about patient safety
my first thoughts would be, what could I do to the prevent the patient from falling, since then I
have come to realize that patient safety encompasses so much more. At last my last clinical we had
care of the a gentleman who spoke no English, he would just look at us and smile, If it won't for the
use of the interpreter I can see how this patient care would have been affective.
Over the course of this preceptorship, I have written a few different journals with the nursing
process as my topic, the reason for this is because the nursing process is everywhere and has
become a part of my day to day life, not just during my different clinicals over these past couple of
years, it has spilled over into work, school work assignments, and home life, as well as. I now find

Hi, I am Jan Anglade. Currently, I work as an ESOL/ELA teacher at the DeKalb International
Student Center in DeKalb County. I have been working in the same school since I moved to
Georgia from my native country of Puerto Rico in 2006. 100% of the students in my school are
ESOL students new to the country, as well as SLIFE (Students with Limited or Interrupted Formal
Education). In my classroom there could be a 13–year–old student from Guatemala with 5 years of
schooling sitting next to a 17–year–old student from Tanzania with no formal schooling. Because of
