Introduction:
Nishat Textile Mills Limited is the
flagship company of NISHAT GROUP ,it
was established in 1951 by Mian
Mohammad Yahiya. Nishat group is
among the leading business houses of
the country and ranks among the top 5
groups in terms of assets & revenue. The
group has its roots firmly planted into 4
core business namely:
NISHAT TEXTILE MILLS LIMITED
• The Nishat Group is world widely famous for its Textile
products.
• Mian Mohammad Mansha is the current chairman of the
this famous group.
• In the Textile capacity ,has the production process of
Spinning ,Weaving, Processing & Finishing which
involves the process of dyeing & Engraving.
The company has grew into export oriented organization in
which most of its products are exported to Far East &
Europe.

permanent & new jobs are added to it keeling in view the changing

Preliminary Screening: In this stage the
personnel department performs the
function of short listing through different
type of interviews stages like

Interviews for technical suitability
Investigation
Final selection: After successfully
completing all the stages he/ she is finally
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
• NML recognize the value of professional development & personal growth for
employees.
• NML has a full fledge department to conduct the training & monitor the training .
• NML train & develop their employees by two ways:
On The Job Training :
Employee training at the place of work while he or she is doing the actual job.
Off The Job Training:
• Off the job training occurs when employees are taken away from their place of work to
be trained.
