Introduction
• Founded by Mr. Shamoon Sultan
• Top leading brand in Pakistan
• 1st branch was opened in Zamzama Mall in 1998 at 400 sq. ft.
• 1st International Store Opened in Dubai in 2010 and later on in Abu Dhabi
• In 2014, Khaadi opened a 1,630 sq. ft. store in Bull Ring, Birmingham at Bull Ring shopping centre and other
locations include Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, Birmingham, UK. Company also opened a
store in High cross Leicester, UK in September 2015.
• 68 stores in Pakistan.
• 21 stores internationally (UK, UAE, Qatar and Bahrain).
• The online store was launched in 2014 in Pakistan.
• Total Retail Space worth is 520,000+ square feet.
• Offering Home Textile, Kids , Apparel for ladies, Skin care and Accessories.
Functional Hierarchy:
The functional hierarchy shows the reporting order. In this the CEO,CCO and Retail Director are at top
management level and branch manager and Asst. Managers are at lower level. The middle level management
consists Business Heads and ROM’s/REM’s.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and
sales
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Meet goals and metrics
• Manage budget
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business
opportunities and needs
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Job Specification
• 16 Years education (MBA, Masters in Economics)
• 6-7 Years Experience in relevant field.
• Age limit minimum 30 years
• should have a good analytical and communication skills
• Great leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to work under pressure.
Recruitment
• First of the candidates have to send an applications
for the job to the HR department.
• The company checks the applications and short list
the Ideal candidates for Interview.
• Call them for the interview and inform them about
venue.
Selection
• In Khaadi the selection consists on different steps and interviews. After short listing the
candidate, he should appear in written test, after that first interview conducts with the ROM and
then second interview conducts with the Retail Director and HR and last with the CCO of the
company. After successful selection the branch manager received appointment letter from HR
department.

Training
The training process of a Branch Manager is very interesting in Khaadi. He gets training from
internal resources and also from external resources to make them a good leader for future
needs. During the training a candidate know about his skills by different activities.
Performance Appraisal
Performance Appraisal is the systematic evaluation of the performance of employees and to
understand the abilities of a person for further growth and development.
After trainings the management measures the performance of the manager whether he is full of
potential or he is burden on the company. If the manager is good in appraisal then the company
awards him by promotion, increment or bonus.
Conclusion
• After so many things the purpose is to select a right person at a right place and
make him ready for future challenges and good resource to enhance the
company business and become a part of company objective.
