This case study examines the Entertainment City development in Noida, India. It includes several entertainment and retail components spread across 147 acres, including The Great India Place mall, Garden Galleria mall, Worlds of Wonder amusement park and water park, KidZania kids zone, go-kart racing, and Decathlon sports store. The case study provides details on the layout and design of the various components, including zoning, materials used, parking, landscaping, and accessibility. It aims to establish Entertainment City as a premier entertainment and leisure destination for Delhi/NCR residents.

15. OBSERVATIONS
NEGATIVE POINTS:
The food court and the entertainment
zone were very congested.
The view of the building cannot be
captured in just one click
The building was very close to the main
road.
The landscape was not treated properly.
POSITIVE POINTS
Stairs are provided apart from the building part to carry down the goods to the basement area.
Appropriate no. of lifts and escalators are provided at every exit
Sufficient no. of emergency exit are provided on each floor.
Glazing are provided on each atrium for better natural lighting.

Spread over 9.5 acres, this
water park will be based on the
theme of 'Calypso Bay' and will
have a colorful Caribbean beach
party atmosphere
The park will offer its visitors a
lush tropical environment to
enjoy all types of water related
activities.
The park would offer dedicated
zones for teens and would have
two wave pools at the heart of
the park.
