some places to cover the plaster work
and for highlighting some elements on
the rear side of the building.

LANDSCAPING
The landscape is treated with both hard and
soft landscape
Small trees are provided in the rear side of the
mall .
A lawn is provided in the front side for the
people to sit outside and enjoy
Several other elements like statues are
provided which includes the hard landscape.
Outside seating are provided for the people to
sit and enjoy the elevation.
OBSERVATIONS
NEGATIVE POINTS:
The food court and the entertainment
zone were very congested.
The view of the building cannot be
captured in just one click
The building was very close to the main
road.
The landscape was not treated properly.
POSITIVE POINTS
Stairs are provided apart from the building part to carry down the goods to the basement area.
Appropriate no. of lifts and escalators are provided at every exit
Sufficient no. of emergency exit are provided on each floor.
Glazing are provided on each atrium for better natural lighting.

Spread over 9.5 acres, this
water park will be based on the
theme of 'Calypso Bay' and will
have a colorful Caribbean beach
party atmosphere
The park will offer its visitors a
lush tropical environment to
enjoy all types of water related
activities.
The park would offer dedicated
zones for teens and would have
two wave pools at the heart of
the park.

team of highly trained lifeguards.

La Fiesta – La Fiesta meant for family

Food and entertainment zone on the top floor. A 6-screen BIG cinemas multiplex having total seating capacity of 1220 seats at third floor. There is also and 850 sq ft (79 sq.m) zone dedicated to a wedding bazaar. A home saaz section for home improvement. A large chunk of the mall’s total area is covered by future group ventures , including home town , big bazaar and pantaloons

Glasses and steel are used to give a wonderful finish to the railings. The atrium is composed of fibre material allowing the light to enter from desirable direction Concrete floor tiles have been used for the roads surrounding the complex. Glass finishes are also used at different intervals in the elevations along with the plaster finish Metal sheets have been used at some places to cover the plaster work and for highlighting some elements on the rear side of the building. HORIZONTAL MOVEMENT • Skywalks are provided at regular intervals provide connectivity as well as flow to the expansion shopping corridors • Several corridors are provided for proper circulation • Ramps are provided for the cars and vehicles to the parking and the service block. • Lifts and escalators are provided at different places for the vertical movement. • Travellators are provided for transferring the goods from one floor to the other • Stairs are also provided for transferring the goods from one floor to the other. FACILITIES • Air conditioning ducts are provided in the basement floor • Round the clock water supply. • Standby generators. • Fire protection system • Central air conditioning system. • Provision for public address voice communication system. • Loading /unloading facilities for goods • Underground parking. • Ramps are provided for the disabled people for there wheelchairs to move up and down the floors. • Different signage are provided for better assistance of the disabled. • The flooring of the corridors does not contain any hindrances ,which would effect the movement of the wheelchairs BARRIER FREE DESIGN

PARKING Accomodation • SURFACE PARKING – approx.500 +700-750 • Basement (2 levels)- 1600 • 2 entry ramps, 2 exit ramps, 2 loading and unloading ramps having length of 40m. • Segregated parking and pedestrian movement • Proper signages • Enough entrance and exit gates separate for vehicles and pedestrians. • Basement well connected to ground floor outside the building by staircases
  • 14. LANDSCAPING The landscape is treated with both hard and soft landscape Small trees are provided in the rear side of the mall . A lawn is provided in the front side for the people to sit outside and enjoy Several other elements like statues are provided which includes the hard landscape. Outside seating are provided for the people to sit and enjoy the elevation.
  • 15. OBSERVATIONS NEGATIVE POINTS: The food court and the entertainment zone were very congested. The view of the building cannot be captured in just one click The building was very close to the main road. The landscape was not treated properly. POSITIVE POINTS Stairs are provided apart from the building part to carry down the goods to the basement area. Appropriate no. of lifts and escalators are provided at every exit Sufficient no. of emergency exit are provided on each floor. Glazing are provided on each atrium for better natural lighting.

WATER PARK Spread over 9.5 acres, this water park will be based on the theme of 'Calypso Bay' and will have a colorful Caribbean beach party atmosphere The park will offer its visitors a lush tropical environment to enjoy all types of water related activities.
