Learning Outcome 1                       This learning outcome is specific to me as I want to work in the sports industry when I graduate. To be able to know

Learning Outcome 5                       This learning outcome is important because I feel that being able to adapt to different situations can mean that

                                    and didn’t like.

  • 1. Individual Learning Outcome Matrix: Example Blank Matrix to help justify and evidence your other learning outcomes against the assessment requirements. Learning Outcome 1 This learning outcome is specific to me as I want to work in the sports industry when I graduate. To be able to know A contextual understanding of the what type of job I want to work as after university I will need to know the different roles involved in successful sports occupational sector into which work businesses. This can also be backed up by the learning outcome matrix that I have completed to justify the learning experience fits by engaging in both outcome for my work experience. For the outcome to be specific to me I will need to know what roles are needed in desk work experience fits by the sport business environment to know what I will want to be going into. I will be able to measure this by recording engaging in both desk research , what type of work I did during the work experience. This outcome is achievable because there will be all these kinds discussions and interviews with my of opportunities to engage in for the work experience. This outcome is realistic because I will be able to engage with colleagues those types of work. This outcome is time bound because I will monitor how much time I spend doing each specific job. Learning Outcomes 2 This is a learning is important to me because I scores lowest in creativity in the graduate skills work booklet. This Develop an understanding through outcome is specific because I will need to improve in this area. It is measurable because I will be able to measure experience in the professional what creative ideas I came up with. This outcome will be achievable by making it so I expect to only come up with a environment to develop my few creative ideas that might work. This will be realistic also by only expecting to come up with a few different ways entrepreneurial skills in particularly of the business working to improve it because it will already be an established business. This outcome is time bound my creativity. because I will monitor the time spent on creating new ideas and realistic ideas on the business Learning Outcome 3 This learning outcome is important because I scored highly in the kinaesthetic area of the VARK questionnaire. For Develop my knowledge of how to the outcome to be specific to me I will need to know what roles are needed in the sport business environment to use kinaesthetic learning in the best know what I will want to be going into. I will be able to measure this by recording what type of work I did during the way in a sporting business work experience. According to Lashley (1995) activists generate ideas and can have the limelight of different activities. This is something that I feel would make me more employable if I gain these becoming more of an activist skills. This learning skill is measurable because I will be able to monitor when I was able to show the different characteristics. For this learning outcome to be achievable I will not expect to use these characteristics all the time but is will expect to use them occasionally. For It to be realistic I will not expect to use the characteristics in the best way all the time. This outcome is time bound because I will monitor how much time I spend doing each specific job. Learning Outcome 5 This learning outcome is important because I feel that being able to adapt to different situations can mean that To be able to adapt to the people work better. This is specific to me because I feel that I am good at this but have not done it in sport business different situations in the sports environment. This can be measured by the different situations and what role I had to take in those situations. This

This is specific to me because it is about what I think to working in that environment. I can measure the sporting industry satisfaction of the different roles in the business to see what I prefer. This is achievable because I am very sport so I will most likely enjoy working in the sport industry. To make it realistic I don’t expect to enjoy all the roles in the industry but I expect to find a few that I do. This learning outcome is time bound because I will monitor what I did and didn’t like.
