1) Anyone interested in playing Badminton should sign up on the sheet posted on the bulletin board in front of the gym. 2) In the event of inclement weather on an exam day, the exam schedule will shift forward by one day if there is one snow day, and period 4 exams will be held on Thursday, February 1st if there are two snow days. 3) Students writing exams should leave outdoor clothing, bags, phones and other non-essential items at the front of the exam room or in lockers, and go directly to the lobby or cafeteria after exams, with no loitering in halls.

3. What if the buses are cancelled on an exam day?
Should we have one inclement weather day; the entire evaluation
schedule will shift forward.
In the event of two inclement weather days, Thursday, February 1,
2018 becomes an Evaluation Day, Period 4 evaluations will be held in
the morning.

4. Final Evaluation Guidelines
• Outdoor clothing, bags, paper, cell phones, books and other materials
not required for the completion of the evaluation are to be left at the
front of the evaluation room or in your locker. Upon leaving your
evaluation, go directly to the lobby or cafeteria ONLY. To minimize the
disturbance to those students writing evaluations, no loitering in the
halls or at lockers is permitted.
• There will be no cafeteria service during exams. The cafeteria and
library will be open for studying.
