Temperature Taking Exercise
• Inform your teachers if you do not have an ODT.
• Maintain silence during temperature taking exercise.
• Remain standing during temperature taking exercise until
  your temperature has been recorded by your teachers.
• Please measure your temperature again if the thermometer
  reads a temperature of 37.6 Degree Celsius and above.
  Notify your teachers if the second temperature reading
  remains at 37.6 Degree Celsius and above by raising your
  hand.
• There will be another temperature taking exercise on 9 Jan
  2013 (Wednesday). Please bring a functioning ODT. 3
  demerit points will be given to students who do not have an
  ODT.
Travel Declaration
• Please inform your teachers if you have not declare your
  travel during the school holidays. An explanation is required
  for non-declaration.
Schedule for Sec 3 Camp
Maintain good behaviour and team spirit at all times.
• 2 Jan 2013 – Team Bonding
   • Edusave forms for Sec 3 Camp
      Students who are not Singaporeans and who have insufficient
      Edusave funds are required to pay S$62.40 in cash on 3 Jan 2013.
   • Form for participants’ details and special arrangements
      Students are required to submit the forms on 3 Jan 2013. Students
      requiring special arrangements have to inform the teachers
      immediately.
   • Ezlink Card
       Please prepare an Ezlink card for use on 4 Jan 2013. Ensure there is
       sufficient funds in your Ezlink for travel.
• 3 Jan 2013 – Team Building
• 4 Jan 2013 – Nomadic Race (Attendance & Contact Nos.)
  Muslim prayers 1245 p.m. till 1430. All students are required to report at
  the respective classroom at 1500.

• Update of Student Particulars in Cockpit
Please inform your teachers if there is any change in your
particulars, e.g. residential address, contact numbers, and etc.

• Update of Student Particulars in LMS
Please update your student particulars via the link provided in
the announcement in LMS.

Classroom Defects
• Please report any classroom defect to the teachers
  immediately.
• Ensure all classroom furniture and electronics are in good
  condition at all times. Otherwise, report the defect to the
  teachers immediately.

The classroom must be a CONDUCIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.

   • Do not remain in the classroom during recess.
   • Switch off all lights and fans when not in use.
   • Ensure the classroom is locked when unattended.
   • No valuables are to be left unattended in the classroom.
   • Do not bring prohibited items to school, e.g. jewellery,
     electronic game set, iPod, iTouch, PSP, cards, sharp
     objects, lighters, excessive cash, and etc. If found, the
     items will be confiscated.
   • Do not leave your learning materials in school.

No student is allowed to collect funds. Please inform the
teachers if you are asked to collect funds.
Duty Roster
• Every student is to ensure the cleanliness of the learning
  environment at all times.
• Please inform the teachers if the students on duty did not
  carry the duty as indicated. Students who did not carry out
  the duty will be required to clean the classroom for a week
  and the DT workshops.

  • 4. Temperature Taking Exercise • Inform your teachers if you do not have an ODT. • Maintain silence during temperature taking exercise. • Remain standing during temperature taking exercise until your temperature has been recorded by your teachers. • Please measure your temperature again if the thermometer reads a temperature of 37.6 Degree Celsius and above. Notify your teachers if the second temperature reading remains at 37.6 Degree Celsius and above by raising your hand. • There will be another temperature taking exercise on 9 Jan 2013 (Wednesday). Please bring a functioning ODT. 3 demerit points will be given to students who do not have an ODT.
  • 5. Travel Declaration • Please inform your teachers if you have not declare your travel during the school holidays. An explanation is required for non-declaration.
  • 6. Schedule for Sec 3 Camp Maintain good behaviour and team spirit at all times. • 2 Jan 2013 – Team Bonding • Edusave forms for Sec 3 Camp Students who are not Singaporeans and who have insufficient Edusave funds are required to pay S$62.40 in cash on 3 Jan 2013. • Form for participants’ details and special arrangements Students are required to submit the forms on 3 Jan 2013. Students requiring special arrangements have to inform the teachers immediately. • Ezlink Card Please prepare an Ezlink card for use on 4 Jan 2013. Ensure there is sufficient funds in your Ezlink for travel. • 3 Jan 2013 – Team Building • 4 Jan 2013 – Nomadic Race (Attendance & Contact Nos.) Muslim prayers 1245 p.m. till 1430. All students are required to report at the respective classroom at 1500.

Student Particulars • Update of Student Particulars in Cockpit Please inform your teachers if there is any change in your particulars, e.g. residential address, contact numbers, and etc. • Update of Student Particulars in LMS Please update your student particulars via the link provided in the announcement in LMS. Name/NRIC/Date of Birth/Nationality/CCA/Personal Email/Personal HP Number/Availability of Computer/Availability of Internet Access/Financial Assistance Scheme/Parent or Guardian’s Email/Parent or Guardian’s HP Number • Student’s Data Update Form All students are required to return the student’s data update form on 3 Jan 2012.
  • 8. Classroom Defects • Please report any classroom defect to the teachers immediately. • Ensure all classroom furniture and electronics are in good condition at all times. Otherwise, report the defect to the teachers immediately.
  • 9. School Etiquettes & Expectations The classroom must be a CONDUCIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. Annex 1 & 2 Hence, • CHAMP still applies! • HANDBOOKS must be carried at all times! • RESPECT teachers at all times! • Be POLITE to one another! • Be ATTENTIVE in class! Be CONSCIENTIOUS of your work! Take PRIDE in your assignments! • NO CONSUMPTION OF FOOD & DRINKS in the classroom!
  • 10. School Etiquettes & Expectations The classroom must be a CONDUCIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. Annex 1 & 2 Hence, • Do not remain in the classroom during recess. • Switch off all lights and fans when not in use. • Ensure the classroom is locked when unattended. • No valuables are to be left unattended in the classroom. • Do not bring prohibited items to school, e.g. jewellery, electronic game set, iPod, iTouch, PSP, cards, sharp objects, lighters, excessive cash, and etc. If found, the items will be confiscated. • Do not leave your learning materials in school.

  • 15. Seating Arrangment • Annex 4 • All students are required to remain in the seating arrangement given unless they are given permission for a change of seating. Please inform the teachers if you are asked to collect funds.
  • 16. Duty Roster • Every student is to ensure the cleanliness of the learning environment at all times. • Please inform the teachers if the students on duty did not carry the duty as indicated. Students who did not carry out the duty will be required to clean the classroom for a week and the DT workshops.

  • 19. Affirmation Corner Affirm: To state or assert positively; maintain as true Teachers would like to recognise good behaviour. If you believe that you deserved an affirmation star honorably, you can write the good behaviour on a piece of affirmation star endorsed by the teacher involved, and paste it on the ‘Affirmation Corner’ a.k.a. ‘A’ Corner.
