of plans resulted in contracted projects. Used Auto CAD release 2014 and 2016 to generate submittals
sets for local agency review and sales team pricing and marketing. Provided hand drawn and rendered
residential plans for model homes, estate homes, and large scale planned community common area.
Designs included detailed water features, entertainment stations, and hardscapes. Incorporated water
efficient, wildlife habitat, and edible planting systems to diversify and expand usefulness of yards.
OSUNA Nursery, Albuquerque, NM (2013-2015)
Landscape Architect for new Design/Build residential landscapes division .
Developed profitable client relationships resulting in $200,000 in sales for this new department Osuna

design team, introduced company and helped win contract for master planning, permitting, and
landscape architecture on new 300 bed full service hospital in Carson City. Coordinated across

Anderson Farm South Valley Bernalillo County
Land Planner with Black Mesa Consulting, Los Lunas, NM
In Conjunction with Elvidio Diniz , P.E. , EVD LLC, provided mixed use site plan and development feasibility
for the 300 acre ranch in South Valley, Bernillio County. The development plan incorporated LID principles
and proposed an agriculture easement over large lots allowing farming and irrigation operations to continue
around the perimeter of the property. The strategy allowed the owners to retain valuable water rights.
Developed joint infrastructure program with adjacent commercial project resulting in a potential million in
saving.
3. Belen School District, Valencia County NM
Worked with Water Resources Engineer, Elvidio Diniz, P.E. , EVD LLC providing water rights research, well
permitting and testing, and presentation to School Board for their consideration on divesting properties.
Wheat Ridge Streetscape and Common Area, Wheat Ridge, CO
Project Manager/Landscape Architect with Weston Solutions , Inc.
Provided master planning on this brownfield site within the Wheat Ridge Renewal Area Plan. Master
plan concepts included high density residential, commercial, and civic uses with public space suitable
for outdoor special events. The proposal led to a development partnership between Weston and the
City of Wheat Ridge with Weston providing design and infrastructure improvements to support sales
of pad sites. The objective of the partnership was to revitalize the area and begin creating an
attractive new center of activity.
Developed Phase I Streetscape Construction Plans to meet low flow irrigation supply and an attractive
signature landscape. The project became a template for future R.O.W. landscape and lighting
improvements in the district. Final construction documents were issued with estimates and
specifications spring of 2012.
US 395 Northbound Improvements, Reno, NV
Project Manager, Team Leader
Provided project management and landscape enhancements for a 3 mile interstate highway that
passes through the heart of the city. The aesthetics budget was 1.3 million dollars.
Coordinated with a variety of stakeholders to develop designs that met community and client
approval, stringent requirements for durability, and expressed regional character.
Developed unique treatments that focus on large scale sculptural elements reflecting regional
qualities, Native American culture, and engaged stormwater management systems.
Project features include unique sculptures, steel landscape walls, and custom formliners for concrete
walls, and unique interpretive painting on bridges. Slope stabilization will include aesthetic mosaic
patterns of rock, tumbled glass, and planting.
Traditions Community, Dayton, NV
Project Manager/Designer
Proved Preliminary Landscape Design, Cost Estimates, and Master Irrigation Plans for the
neighborhood common areas, parks, and streetscapes for this 1200 acre new community.
Incorporated Low Impact Development practices in neighborhood parks and trails featuring unique
themes on local natural and cultural history. Established project theming and wayfinding systems.
Designed reclaimed water supply system using small reservoirs with highly controlled distribution
reduced potable water consumption and provided climate controlled irrigation to common landscape.
Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center, Carson City, NV
Lead Landscape Architect
Developed Campus Master Plan providing site planning and programming for the 60 acre campus.
This land plan included the redesign of a large detention basin. This facility required a new Letter of
Permission and mitigation for disturbance for Waters of the U.S., and 3-D modeling to explain the
proposal to the Carson City Parks and Recreation District.
Pulte-Del Webb’s Sierra Canyon Active Adult Community, Reno NV
Lead Landscape Architect
Developed Master Plan Handbook and Entitlement Documents , and Phase I Common Area
Landscape Design for Pulte/Del Webb’s first planned community in Northern Nevada.
Lead Erosion Control and Landscape Restoration for hundreds of acres in graded hillsides.

wildlife corridors. The area has become a premier biking area attracting users from around the region.
