What is goal?

• A goal is an aim or objective
that you work toward with
effort and determination
How to
achieve goals?
• By setting the objectives
• What is the purpose of setting
the goals
• Goals gives you the direction
and keeps you focused on
where you want to end up.

3. Types of goals
1. Short term goals:
Goals that can be accomplished in the near
future (with in a few weeks or months)
2. Long term goals:
Goals that are more far-reaching and take
longer to achieve(a year or more)

4. Goals should be
 S=Specific:
Goals should have expected outcomes stated as a simply and
clearly as possible
 M= Measurable:
Include how you will know if you have met your goals.
 A= Achievable:
Goals should have outcomes that are realistic and given your current
situation, resources, and available time.
 R=Relevant:
Goals should help your journey towards meeting larger,
ultimate life outcomes.
 T=Time Bound:
Goals should include realistic timeframes for achievement.

 A belief is the mental attitude or the acceptance that
something exists or is true especially one without
proof
 It is also the truth, faith or the confidence
Why is belief important?
 Because behavior is important and your behavior
depends on your belief
 Belief also helps in determining your reactions to other
behaviors
 Belief shapes your values, impact your emotions and
motivates your behavior

9. What you believe affects you and everyone in
your life. Always have high self confidence in
your own self, believe in yourself your
capabilities and your potentials.
