to focus, learn and choose a path toward a healthy lifestyle and to incorporate
fitness as a natural part of their lives. Exercise is a very important element of
childhood development. Developing a healthy lifestyle includes learning
leadership, respect, team work, pride, confidence and responsibility. It also
includes developing coordination, balance, discipline, memory, creativity and
focus.

• It is our desire to create a culture among our
youth of healthy, well-balanced living. It is our
fundamental purpose to be effective in
successfully mastering the alteration of our
youth’s minds, bodies and souls through the
manipulation of physical fitness, exercise, dance
and music. Teaching skills for a healthy lifestyle in
a fun and exciting environment reaches all levels
of wellness. It is our basic philosophy that
anointing the inner being with release and
