An alumnus of SJCE 1992 batch , he brings in over 14 years of
experience in HR and Recruitment function with global organizations
like Oracle & Microsoft.
Kiran designs and executes value-added HR solutions for leading
corporates with his team of high-caliber professionals. He also
mentors professionals and students towards achieving their career
goals.

Prashanth Gupta – Talent Head Staffing Asia
Prashanth’s experience spans 12 years in the field of Sales, Marketing
and HR Management. He has worked with industry big wigs like
Mudra, Titan, JTI, etc...
He has extensive expertise in designing, developing and implementing
strategic talent management programs for all levels of staff across a
number of industries.
He has an innate ability to partner with clients to successfully execute
talent acquisition strategies focused on recruitment, retention and
diversity while maintaining a focus on cost containment.
His specialities include : Metrics, active and passive sourcing plans,
SLAs, salary negotiation, recruitment strategy and process
improvement, college relations and coaching.

Teleservices, ICICI Bank ,Citi financials, Adecco, Ikya.
His last assignment was as the GM - Operations in Vati Consulting.
